Treatment-Focused Massage Therapy in the Beaches

Helping with pain, tension, desk-related stiffness, and deep tissue treatment.

Who is this for?

This practice is a good fit if you:

* Spend a lot of time sitting or working at a desk

* Deal with ongoing neck, shoulder, or low back tension

* Want massage that is both effective and relaxing

* Prefer more intentional, focused treatment over a one-size-fits-all approach

Treatments here are tailored to what your body needs. That can include deeper, more targeted work when appropriate, but always in a way that your body can respond well to.

The goal is not just to help you feel better temporarily, but to create changes that actually last.

About Me

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist focused on helping people deal with ongoing tension and pain—especially the kind that builds up from sitting, desk work, and day-to-day patterns.

A lot of the people I work with have tried massage before, but didn’t get the results they were hoping for. My approach is a bit different.

I focus on understanding what’s actually causing the issue, and then treating it in a way that makes sense for your body. That can mean more targeted or deeper work at times, but always in a way that feels productive—not excessive.

At the same time, I want treatments to feel calm and grounded. It doesn’t have to be intense to be effective.

The goal is to help you feel better in the short term, but also to make changes that last.

Treatment Approach

Treatments are tailored to what your body needs on that day.

Some sessions are more focused and targeted, working into specific areas that are causing pain or restriction. Others are more general, helping reduce overall tension and bring the body back to a more balanced state.

A lot of the work I do involves addressing patterns that build over time—especially from sitting, desk work, or repetitive movement. That might mean working into the neck, shoulders, back, and hips as a connected system rather than treating one area in isolation.

Techniques can include deeper, more specific work when appropriate, as well as slower, more calming treatment. The goal is always the same: to create meaningful change without forcing the body.

Each session is adjusted based on how your body responds, so treatment evolves over time rather than following a set routine.

  • 45 minutes → focused treatment on one area

  • 60 minutes → most common, allows for proper treatment of 1–2 concerns

  • 75–90 minutes → ideal for more complex or full-body tension

If you’re dealing with ongoing tension or pain, the best place to start is with a session that’s focused on what your body actually needs.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. We’ll assess what’s going on and go from there.

If you’re not sure what length to choose, 60 minutes is a good starting point for most people.
